When I managed IT teams, we brought in a new team of techs to support 3000 
users in a 7-building campus. I split them up into pairs and gave them a 
scavenger hunt to familiarize themselves with the environment.

One of the quests was to find the oldest printer in the campus. One team 
went building to building and found an old HP 4050 with 400,000 pages on the 
system board - it had several fuser replacements over the years.

Another team befriended the print team and asked them to look up printer 
page counts in HP Jet Admin and got the same answer.
