I get that, I think. I have often wondered why I didn't find OS/2 attractive back then. Never really even tried it. I was immersed in MSDOS and saw no reason or need to try anything else. I was even late to the Win3 and Win95 parties, although I certainly did use them eventually. Then 98 and even WinME, finally XP. It was about then (1998 or so) that I discovered Linux, and over the next 3-4 years moved to it completely. :-) ....
