I tried these protein bars awhile back that are made from cricket flower, 
they were actually pretty good.  These days they are advertising that they're 
made with "Acheta Protein" which I guess sounds less gross that "made from 
crickets".

"Acheta is a genus of crickets. It most notably contains the house cricket."
