The blinkered and blind don't want to believe which is their perogative.

You're not going to convince me a, it didn't occur, and b, it wasn't caused
by the makefile for whatever reason.

I can't give any more information, and you can only guess at what any cause
may have been.

The rest is just rubbish, and its time for this zombie to go back into the
cupboard.  You're just wasting time and space on this. I have my point and
perspective, and others have theirs. Just let it go now.
