Do you have to pay anything for TV guide data farther out than 24 hours?  I have never heard of Tablo, thanks for sharing the info.

I was using Locast to stream local channels for free until they were sued and had to terminate their service.  

I think Pluto and Tubi offer some limited local channels.  Around here, our local channels are all crap "news" channels that I'm fine with not having.  

The only streaming service I pay for is Philo.  Everything else is free content or downloaded.
