I bought a Tablo network TV tuner last year, and I thought it was actually fairly nice.  I heard Tablo doesn't tune ATSC 3.0 channels though, which is the main reason I returned my Tablo and bought a HDHomerun Flex 4K.  I thought the Tablo app had a bit better/more intuitive UI though.

Also, Plex can use the HDHomerun, but it seemed Plex didn't detect the Tablo and wasn't able to make use of it.
