You can also use an Nvidia Shield to run all those various apps.  It will run Plex, Kodi, HDHomerun, and all the main streaming apps.  

I use the Nvidia Shields on all TVs to run the various apps.  I used to have several HDHomerun cable card units back before I was 100% streaming and they worked very well.  I'm sure the antenna/local channel version is nice as well.
