Super cool; some others already suggested the HDHomerun, but the Flex 4K is prolly just a better model. This is rad, and I think I'm gonna add SOME TV tuner into my Plex setup. 

While I don't 'want' for much thru cutting the cable cord, this would be the final piece. I just want local news and some other local stuff - sounds like I can iron it out w/ just a bit more hardware... have most everything else in place.
