I read that you don't do it much anymore, but... how does one record broadcast TV thru Plex - or I guess the better question is how can I capture (and then record w/ Plex) broadcast TV?? Reason I ask is that I use streaming and don't have any cable internet these days, and I've long been l00king for a solution to simply get Portland (local) news broadcasts daily - with no good fix... for 5 years.
