We're all able to keep up, it's the parents that I worry about. My mom gets 
emails and most of the time calls me.

What I've told her is that if an email makes her feel like she needs to act 
immediately, call me to confirm before you click anything.

Most scams rely on you acting on an impulse or panic to cloud your 
judgement.
