Maybe its just me but I see no real reason to have an Uploads section anymore.
If someone really wants to send me something there's a file-attach function
in my board or they can just email.

But a long time ago... I think it was THD Pro-scan that was a VERY good 
anti-virus scanner specifically for BBS's
