Press it again, and I can use the arrows to select all the options as if scrolling through a menu. I add the zstyle 'completion:*' menu select option to my .zshrc. You probably use bash, I'm guessing bash can do something similar. Try the option bind 'TAB:menu-complete' and see how you go. Add it to your .bashrc if it is what you want. You can type bind 'TAB:menu-complete' on the command prompt to try it out.
