When I use Windows, I'm annoyed that I can't tab-complete to help me more
quickly type out part of a file name in the command line.

When I use Linux, I'm annoyed that I can't tab-complete to choose among a
couple of different file names with similar starts.

Perhaps I just need to be better about naming files to make sure my
tab-complete needs line up with my OS.
