Silicon Valley used peer pressure to roll out BYOD - you want to keep up 
with your co-workers dealing with issues happening 24/7? You'll need to put 
work's email and chat apps on your phone. Isn't this cool?

Reimbursement for BYOD seemed to get lost in the shuffle; some states 
require it but companies conveniently forgot that during 2020 and employees 
are hesitant to bring it up.

Agreed. I give out a Teams number instead of my personal cell number now.
