My last job was very strict, no personal devices on the company network & no 
work accounts on personal devices.  Period.

So no work email on personal devices and no personal devices on the company 
wifi.  So with that job I had two phones, which I hated.

This job is way more (almost too) lax with BYOD.  Instead of getting a second 
phone to carry around I opted to just expense my personal phone.  To get 
around giving out my personal number I'm using a DID from one of our offices 
which rings on my laptop & an app on my iPhone.

That way when I'm on vacation I can just sign out of the app for a better 
work/life balance.
