I tried DNETC on the OctoCored AMD.. if I let it have its head... all cores
full pelt, the thing would reliably overheat, and prior to overheating it was
burning ~200W...

I don't have any AC here.. I'm only running a core2 quad, a sophos UTM 110
Atom dual core, and a thecus NAS, these reliably lift the temperature of my
lounge/kitchen area 3-4 degrees C over ambient...
