I don't see any relief in the short to mid term... the expecations are of the
problem getting worse before any long term improvement.  Here it appears to
be driven by Global LNG pricing, that and the fact we've turned off perfectly
functional coal power with no replacement anywhere near ready to pick up the
slack. A second of our idiocies is not ensuring enough supply for local use
before selling the rest on the open market.
