You're not wrong there especially in the FileSystem market... I don't recall
what it was I tried for jbod.. but it was a massive failure... Also used to
be information about using things like ZFS with RAID.. so you'd get some
performance benefits.. I gave the whole thing away in favour of using single
disc arrangements.
