That's quite a lot in comparison, yes!

Although the housing cooperative here is part of (member of) one of the biggest property development/management companies/associations here in Sweden, so I guess they can squeeze the prices down a little bit...

But $20-$40/month is a rather common figure for apartment households here, I think.
