For me:

Cell phone: $11/month for 2 GB of data, 50 calls (of unlimited length) within Sweden or within EU to Sweden. This is their cheapest plan. International calls cost e.g. 9 cents/call + 6 cents/min to the USA.

Home Internet (cable): $15/month for 250 Mbps down/100 Mbps up, unlimited
usage. Also includes VoIP service via built-in router ATA, but calls are not included (9 cents/call + 3 cents/min within Sweden and e.g. 4 cents/min to the USA). $2/month additional charge for Caller ID.
