Sounds like they might be.

If you router has an IPv6 address, do the devices on your LAN also have one?

Sadly as somebody said once somewhere, many ISPs are playing, testing IPv6 and in some cases have rolled it out, but end users dont know and their CPE cant handle it if they do...
