I do have one, I use gitlab.

My syncthing sync more than code - my docker contaier configuration and the container's data.

I jump between my Mac Mini and Macbook Pro, and all I need to do is stop my containers on the mini, wait a few mins and then start them on my Macbook.

Actually most of the time is when I travel for work, so that I can keep doing stuff while sitting in a hotel room.
