We have O365 at work which you can use on up to (5) systems.  I only have 2 or 3 instances loaded on work devices as I like to keep that stuff separate.

When Google stopped the unlimited storage for Google Photos, I have our phones backup to my SFTP server every 4 hours to backup all photos/video.  That works better for me anyway, as I would much rather have all my content synced home vs at Google.
