In a previous job I convinced the Grand Poobah to spring for Proofpoint which we stuck in front of O365, it filtered out almost everything and if a phish happened to make it through your user can push a button in Outlook to "Report Phish" which will then pull it out of everyone's mailbox. My current boss sees the value in it but can't justify the added expense (~$3 /user /month) at this time... Jay ....
