Nextcloud for me - I use it for synchronised file storage (111GB currently), it's a CalDAV/CardDAV server for calendaring and contacts, and I sync my browser bookmarks to it using Floccus.

I'm fortunate to have access to some datacentre space, so my Nextcloud server lives there, and all of my clients live here at home.  If either site "went away" I've still got a copy of my data (and I have normal backups of course).
