It is all if these. But underneath it all is a mindset which makes people
gravitate towards solving problems in this way. This mindset is based on
experience which was generally limited from only witnessing one paradigm, that
created by Microsoft and corporate production of software as a product. I
create my own solutions at work and to people it is like magic.
