Pretty none of those things are a problem for me. I'm generally using linux for CLI, although I recall no liking whatever the standard GUI was back whenever it was I tried it, let me count the years... Aside from VirtualBox I have no use for any kind of virtual desktop either.. I tend to be fairly general purpose, but one of the reasons for using Windoze on the every day is in fact within reason and the worst exception that comes to mind is Win8 looks and uses pretty much like every other version.
