Our area of non-urban Wisconsin masks have disappeared except healthcare/nursing-home settings.

Almost never see people masked up.

Other parts of Wisconsin (like in the Peoples Republic of Madison) did a lot more masking, even though the running statistics didn't show benefit of doing so.

As it is I keep a "face covering" fabric mask in my pocket for my swimming center, as you have to walk through a healthcare clinic to get to the pool, and have a supply of surgical courtesy masks (the typical ones you see) for nursing home and medical center proper visits.  

I'm more prone to wearing a mask doing dusty chores than playing virus-theater.
