Dr. Demento was the best, as a teen I listened every Sunday night. In fact he played a song called Shaving Cream done in like 1949 and Cousin Brucie a NY based Jock (I am sure everyone has heard of him) made a tape of it and played it on WNBC NY and it became a top 10 hit in the mid 70's! It was so popular that the original cut was re-issued and the original singer even added in a new verse to it.. God I have so much useless info in my head!!
