Who the heck is Phil?  The only one I know is, Lucky Phil, who usually pulls
one or two at the races, but if he's been drinking, then tonight he's out of
luck. :P

Give a sucker an even break I say, but some do like to take a lucky break
and run a few miles with it... and remember not all of us have your fancy
shmancy twat list... but the result is an issue from both offenders... if the
boards  are "mucked up".
