So it will depend on your mailers software. If at the hub, I remove an area, and you attempt to post a message to it, it'll be posted to the bad area and not sent through the network. (You wont know that your messages are going in a black hole - something I'll think about for clrghouz). At the same token, you wont receive any more messages (from the hub) for that area - so if you did delete it from your BBS, it wouldnt be auto created by a hub.
