Thank you for the information.

Especially in some of the more backward parts of the USA...the fundamentalists
are doing everything they can to make sure that non-WASP's can't do this. For
instance...in the past when I lived in Oklahoma...you could request an absentee
ballot...but they would throw a fit for anything but being elderly or in the
hospital. From what I hear...things haven't changed much.
