Actually there are lots of personal servers for which I know their INternet
routeble IP address but for which I have assigned no domain.

But those are supposed to be used by me alone and not to be publicly shared. I
am ok memorizing the IP if it saves me the effort of registering a domain but I
am not going to share IPs with regular users :-)
