Hmm its been a while since I did data over mobile, a few times I've had no
alternative.  At said times, I don't think there was any IPV6 available on
the mobile networks.  The devices they were flogging for network connection
didn't even support it.  If'n I recall right, and I don't always, they were
using private Class B network ranges.

It might have changed, but I expect their business model to be much the same.
The expectation it would be used to suck data in, not host services.
