Yeah, I'm afraid it is.  It may just be coincidence that it's only happening
for you on Mystic systems, or perhaps Mystic does something which provokes the
bug more often. but it can and DOES surface on any BBS software.  As was
stated, it's a known bug and has been for quite a long while.

The Alt-B scrollback trick mentioned usually wakes the client up when this bug
is occurring.  You don't need to stay in scrollback to mark and copy.  Simply
bring up the scrollback buffer, press ESC to return, and you'll see the cursor
change format.  That indicates it will now work normally.

Shift-Insert will always paste into the terminal even when right clicking does
not work.
