Ni> Ni> Nightfox The Vic 20 was about $500-$700 in 1982, the Commodore 64 between $500-600 a couple of years later. By about the year 1999-2000, I had bought a C64 or two, for $2 each. A Vic 20 for $5! My uncle bought an Amstrad 386 in 1990 or early 1991, with 4M RAM (which was a lot at the time) for about $4,000 AUD. By the end of 1993, my school friends had built their own 386 machines for about $1,500. Still expensive by todays standards. --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A47 2021/12/24 (Linux/64) * Origin: Agency BBS | Dunedin, New Zealand | agency.bbs.nz (21:1/101) .
