One supposes so, but you'd need a boot loader probably, enough native ARM code to get it booted, enable the translation and then start loading Windoze or other. I think... but I'm not 100% that I've heard reference to running Windoze itself inside OSX... Looks like I was wrong about it being in the silicon though..
