Linux Mint with Cinnamon is my favorite Linux distro these days.  I've set up my main desktop PC for dual-boot between Windows 11 and Linux Mint (though most of the time I tend to stay in Windows).  I also have Linux Mint running on my BBS machine (though for that one I installed Mint with the Xfce interface, as it's more light-weight).  I have my BBS running in a Windows VM on that PC, but I also use that PC as a Plex server (running Plex Media Server for Linux) and a couple other things.
