More power to you, I suppose. Me personally, theres been too many adverse events related to these things. Not to mention, I've not trusted Big Pharma for about 20 years now. My immune system is also quite the fortress, haven't gotten so much as a cold or flu in over 10 years. Improvements in my diet helped with that as well.

I've always found it both horrifying and amusing to watch all of the drug commercials with the long list of nasty side effects. Anal leakage is my personal favorite.
