Apple customers have this idea that their products are so much easier to use than the competitor's but in this day and age any consumer-grade piece of electronics is a no-brainer to use. Notice that Microsoft's developments regarding ease of use were aimed at domestic markets mostly. DOS and DOS based products were supposed to be the low tier in their software line.
