Yeah unless it's stated explicitly that the general echo covers all topics that could not be otherwise accommodated by a more specific available echomail area... then I think it's a safer bet the argument for general covering all things always is less sound..

I have not looked at this topic since late Feb, and need to read all the posts in FSX_NET yet...  I'll need a coffee before I start reviewing that echo :)
