Are you using a newsreader to read the echoes?  Some newsreaders do that.

It could also be that the sysop of the board you are using, if not you, may
want to check their system settings for this echo.  I don't run Mystic so I
am not sure if it has such a setting, but it may have one that causes all
posts in a certain echo/echoes to be addressed to all.
