Well they’d get their license pulled for doing business in the EU. Our
California privacy laws are similar, just not nearly as elegantly written as
the GDPR law. 

But I was talking as if the law is enforceable. As foreigners outside of the
EU, it doesn’t apply to us because we’re not monitoring or selling goods
with citizens of the EU. BBS operators outside the EU are in compliance with
the law because we are exempted from it.
