Recently I saw a screenshot of some PC software (I'm not sure if it was real or photoshopped) that had a list of languages, and next to the UK flag it said "English (traditional)", and next to the US flag it said "English (simplified)". I think "toMAYto" makes more sense, and is consistent with the pronunciation of "potato". There's a lot of weirdness in the English language though. For instance, why does the "oo" in "foot" and "boot" sound different? Nightfox --- SBBSecho 3.15-Win32 * Origin: Digital Distortion: digdist.synchro.net (21:1/137) .
