I suspect a week isn't long enough for it to feel normal. IME it takes a few
weeks for something that new and different to settle in. In my mispent youth
I had a job that required me to get up ~5 on a Saturday morning, and finish
about 12-1 depending on the day.

The first weeks were painful, and I ended up throwing it in, but continued
until someone else was found, by the end it was starting to feel doable, and
more normal.
