Oh, yes!! For doing ACTIVE Dx (you now... transmitting and receiving) Im a
shortwave listener too, and while I do have a licence for that too, its not
required (when you write a reception report for NHK Japan, Voice of America,
Radio Prague, China International, etc... you put your name only). :)
