It was a great read, and my first experience with non-DRM, trust model 
sales. "Download it for free, and if you like it and want to contribute, buy 
it..."

I tried EST for a week and hated it - and I'm in PST. I took a training 
class for a week that ran 9-5 EST, and I was getting in front of the 
computer at 0600 and having a "lunch" break at 0900. That's what you get 
when the people scheduling classes are at UTC+1.

I knew people who worked east coast banker's hours, haven't seen much of 
that nowadays.
