Because there's a pretty relaxed attitude generally to systems getting
themselves attached.  In fairness despite there being a test echo, which you
should probably use after you get here, stuff like the Mystic_Guy videos
would be pointing to General.

After the testing is done, this will stop and normal communication
eventuates.
