I think he is somewhat restricted in his movements, gets bored, and is
trying to seed some responses to read.  I thought his constant posting was
annoying at first but am more understanding now that I think I know where
it comes from.

It would be nice if he grouped some related questions together, though.  I
actually think that might make people more likely to respond, and would
probably lead to more discussion for him to read.
