Generally here at least the day of really cheap pizza ended a long time back,
we had a glut of stores, chain and private and it resulted in a raft of
closures, pizza hut virtually disappeared..

The usual answer for adding stuff to your pizza was to order something with
"The Lot" or just about everything on it, and then hold the ingredients you
don't want.
